We don’t realize it but we pray all the time
By Jon Wim
Skeptics and atheists often like to boast that they don’t pray to any God, but the truth is everyone prays at some time or another. Think about it, we all pray to a higher entity whenever we think of something. According to Ernest Holmes, a famous spiritual teacher, he states that our thoughts are things. So if our thoughts are able to generate or manifest a result, it shows that we are actually praying all the time and the universe grants us our prayers more often than we realize. If we want something bad enough, we think about it day and night. This thinking has the possibility to manifest the result if it is directed enough. And that is the reason why, everyone prays all the time, regardless if they realize it or not. The most effective prayers are those that spring from the subconscious, because the subconscious mind is far more sensitive and attuned to the universal mind (God) than we will ever realize. It is also the subconscious mind that is supposed to survive death, not the conscious mind. So when you get down to the basics, simply saying a prayer is often less effective as saying a prayer that springs from the subconscious mind, and that is what I mean when I say that we don’t realize it - but we are actually praying all the time. Therein is the clue that explains the oft quoted saying, “Be careful what you wish for, it may actually come true!”

Thank you for sharing this provocative intel, Jon. Keep up the good work. Best wishes. Frederick
I believe each person has more than one mind. We analyze with one mind and compute with it, while a sub-conscious or reactive mind records all from below our conscious level of awareness; a somatic mind controls many autonomic body functions and an aesthetic mind is used to create. Since the sub-conscious mind is actually laden with data and emotional content that is sub-conscious, we cannot know its content or control how it gets reactivated from stimuli in its vicinity. However, it is possible to address its content knowingly through use of the analytical mind when awake and aware, without the use of drugs or hypnosis. The technique proven to work in this wise is called Dianetics which has been in use since 1950 worldwide. I recommend the book, "Dianetics, The Modern Science of Mental Health" by L. Ron Hubbard to anyone wanting to honestly know more about the mind...and even how to apply the technique standardly with others.
